With redundant hosted data centers, our technology allows for separate call center instances for each client using queues to balance continuity of care with a specific clinician and response time to the caller. Our HIPAA compliant “chat within clinicians” and custom greetings make it transparent that phones have been transferred to IntellaTriage’s on call triage nurses, allowing us to respond to callers as an extension of your organization. IntellaTriage RNs also chart in your EMR system using HIPAA compliant technology for a seamless record of care and hand-off back to your staff.
Reporting and Transparency
Information translates to improved outcomes and appropriate response management. An on-line repository for documentation facilitates sharing of information with the IntellaTriage team, and for us to utilize your protocols to ensure a smooth transition of care. IntellaTriage helps with your quality assurance measures. Call-Logs are available on a daily basis, and call-volume statistical reports/analysis on a monthly basis.
IntellaTriage RNs can act as intermediary between Physicians, Pharmacies, and Durable Medical Equipment vendors. IntellaTriage provides a dedicated RN during implementation and for consultation on process review and improvements.
